I hate the feeling of heavy makeup in the summer, so this is my go-to lightweight summer makeup routine. These are my favorite natural, long-lasting makeup products for a fresh, glowy, no-makeup makeup look: a hydrating mineral sunscreen, bronzing drops, cream blush, a multi-stick for a natural highlight, and an SPF lip balm (don’t skip lip SPF!).

My go-to summer hairstyle when it’s too hot to wear my hair down. This easy updo has been my favorite for wedding guest hairstyles, outdoor events, date nights, and humid summer days.

1. Create two ponytails stacked on top of each other, but don’t pull the hair all the way through so it forms two loops.
2. Secure the loops with U-pins (I find they hold much better than bobby pins).
3. Twist the remaining ends, leave them slightly undone for a softer look, and tuck them underneath the buns.
4. Finish with a hair oil to smooth flyaways and a workable hairspray for hold without the crunch!
