Post Workout Skincare
I swear by these steps to keep as many breakouts as possible away from coming.
-First I cleanse with Centella light cleansing oil. This really helps to break the oil down. I know sounds weird but it helps.
-Next Bioderma Micellar Water.
-I give my skin a minute to breathe.
While that’s going on Cerave for the body. This has benzoyl peroxide so don’t wear anything you love. It inevitably gets bleached.
-last Prequel Gleanser. I put this on work it in my skin, let it sit for 3 ish minutes and rinse in the shower.
And that’s it.
Easy and it works.
I have acne prone skin.
