You can file these under things you didn’t know you needed at Target! They are pre glued individual clusters of lashes that adhere to the bottom of your lashes! When I saw they are the most comfortable lashes I have ever worn I’m not joking! I’m a big mess when it comes to gluing them on myself and these were no trouble at all. And since they are individual there is no need for cut them down. Just pick your sizes (my pack came with short, medium, and long lengths) and place on your lashes and Viola!
