I put jeans from Banana Republic Factory and J.Crew Factory through a wash and wear test. Here is what I found. How I washed: cold water, tumbled low (hung dry raw hem pair) J.Crew Factory Vintage Baggy: Petite 24 | 25.5" inseam | 10" rise | Blue Alps Wash True to size with a relaxed fit, loose at the waist. 100% cotton option with no stretch. They shrank 1/2" in length, but I didn't notice shrinkage anywhere else. They loosen and relax with wear. J.Crew Factory Cropped Wide Leg: 24 Classic | 26.5" inseam | 10" rise | Spring Storm Wash True to size. 99% cotton with 1% elastane for light stretch. This pair shrank 1/2" after washing and drying. I hung this pair to dry to preserve the hem. They loosen and relax with wear but don't bag out. Banana Republic Factory Wide Leg: Petite 24 | 27.5" inseam | 10" rise True to size. The BR Wide Jeans wear differently in different colors. The white option has a higher cotton content (88%) than other colors so I find them to hold their shape better with wear. They are medium weight, stretchy jeans. I noted 1/2" inseam shrinkage and slight tightening through the fit, but they loosened with wear. I noted loosening with wear but they held their shape. Top (Quince): XS Shoes (J.Crew Factory): true to size My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My ankle inseam is 25″. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe. LTKPetite
