This dress is a thick material - similar to denim. It’s a little roomy at my waist but I find that to be a comfortable fit. Wear it now with knee high boots and in the spring with flats and sandals.

Outfit 3:
Jeans (Madewell): petite 24 - soft and lightweight, in my true size they’re snug across my hips, the jeans loosen with wear but are still quite snug across the creases of my thighs. I also tried a size up and those are more comfortable on first try. I think they’re the better fit even with a little loosening with wear. If your hips are narrow, I would go true to size.
