✨ɪɴᴛᴇɴᴛɪᴏɴᴀʟ sᴘᴀᴄᴇ✨ What I’ve learned this past year has been how important it is to have a space that is just for you. Even if it’s an open space within your home. What I’ve found is that without a special carved out space, that’s meant for you && your ‘creative tools’ (mine are a computer & decor), then it’s so easy to get overwhelmed. For many years I’ve gone in circles with my goals because I’ve continually given up due to overwhelm. The overwhelm came from taking my laptop around the house with me to fit in ‘work’ between life. Which unfortunately just didn’t work. Don’t get me wrong I get up constantly to help my kiddos, clean, cook, go to the bathroom (can’t skip that😆), get snacks & water and so on. But what I 𝘿𝙄𝘿 realize was that if I treated my ‘work’ like 𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙆, just like going into ‘the office’ then I’d be more successful. I made this change && 𝗢𝗠𝗚𝗦𝗛 has this made a huge change! I highly encourage you to do the same if you are struggling to hit your goals due to overwhelm or distractions.
