-RECIPE- Jumbo pasta shells Olive oil Garlic, minced Spinach, roughly chopped 12 oz ricotta cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan, plus more for serving 1 egg Basil, chopped Salt & pepper Marinara sauce -Instructions- Preheat oven to 375 Cook pasta al dente and set aside In a large skillet sauté the garlic then add the spinach. Cook for 3-4 minutes. In a large bowl combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, spinach & garlic, salt & pepper. Coat the bottom of a baking sheet dish with marinara sauce. Stuff the shells and place them face up in the baking dish. Cover with marinara sauce. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes.
