1. Limit heat on my hair. I stopped using a flat iron or curling wand. I blow dry my hair with a round brush and that’s it. 2. Protect my hair against heat. I use a heat protectant spray and a styling cream that is also heat protectant. 3. Hydrate my hair! I use a lightweight styling oil after I blow dry my hair. And an overnight moisturizing mask several times a week. A good shampoo & conditioner is a must! 4. Less highlights in my hair. I’m embracing more of my natural color and putting less bleach on my hair. 5. Supplements & peptides. Daily vitamins & supplements make a difference!
