mold protocol that my holistic doctor has me on to detox from mold!!! Vitamin C - two capsules twice daily GI Binder - once daily one hour away from any other meds or food detox - 2 with every meal (up to 3x daily) probiotic - 1 daily NAC - 2 daily
😅 but the best part is some of my fav products are in this video! Lol we put the Dyson Fan on our wedding registry instead of the vacuum bc I did so much research on vacuums we ended up going w another one that is way cheaper & works so well (also linked on my profile!) The dyson fan felt worth it bc you never have to worry about it collecting dust, perfect bedroom fan, AND it’s also an air purifier! We LOVE it! If you’re like me & laundry is the bane of your existence this is what you’re going to do for your spring cleaning this year - THROW AWAY ALL YOUR OLD SOCKS AND UNDIES :’) & then you’re going to buy a few packs of regular socks & ruffled socks so you’re covered & never have to worry about mismatched socks again. These are my fav undies + then you don’t have to worry about picking the right pair for certain outfits bc these are cotton & seamless! I know washing face in the morning is best but sometimes part of adhd is accepting the things you will ACTUALLY do instead of continuing to make yourself feel bad & being stuck in a cycle of all of the things you don’t :’) i use this in the morning & after workouts & it has really helped prevent breakouts for me! I have dry, sensitive, hormonal acne / acne prone skin & have repurchased this at least 4 times :) I also bring it with me when I travel to use after plane rides when you feel so gross & can’t shower yet :’) lmk if you have any questions!
