If you’re like me & laundry is the bane of your existence this is what you’re going to do for your spring cleaning this year - THROW AWAY ALL YOUR OLD SOCKS AND UNDIES :’) & then you’re going to buy a few packs of regular socks & ruffled socks so you’re covered & never have to worry about mismatched socks again. These are my fav undies + then you don’t have to worry about picking the right pair for certain outfits bc these are cotton & seamless!

The boxer briefs I sleep in & I always size up in these so that everything is airy down there / not constricting!

I know washing face in the morning is best but sometimes part of adhd is accepting the things you will ACTUALLY do instead of continuing to make yourself feel bad & being stuck in a cycle of all of the things you don’t :’)

i use this in the morning & after workouts & it has really helped prevent breakouts for me! I have dry, sensitive, hormonal acne / acne prone skin & have repurchased this at least 4 times :) I also bring it with me when I travel to use after plane rides when you feel so gross & can’t shower yet :’)

Calling all ADHD girls that keep telling themselves they are going to wash their face in the morning but then don’t bc washing your face requires getting in the shower & sometimes you just don’t have it in you - I use this every morning I know I won’t wash my face +
throughout the day if it’s a hot day & I go on a walk or whatever it may be. Gets rid of acne causing bacteria & a perfect little refresher :)

Calm Magnesium - My doctor recommended the calm to me & I like putting it in my tea -> aka habit stacking :) It has really helped me wind down + magnesium helps you stay regular!

Vital Proteins Collagen Gummies -The vital proteins I got for Christmas & have taken now for 3 months so can say that have DEFINITELY made a difference - I have noticed most in my nail & hair growth bc I subconsciously pick at my face so it’s harder to tell with that. My hair has grown so much + I love the taste of these & ingredients! My husband Og got me the two pack from Amazon & I think that’s most worth it so have tagged it as well!

what I restocked & why during the Paula’s choice 20% off sale!

clear face wash - I have dry / sensitive / acne prone skin (the trifecta🥲) & also have big pores around my nose. This face wash is gentle & doesn’t strip my skin like most that target pores but also does reduce the size & makes my skin feel sooo clean.

Eye gel - I really love this product this will be my second time repurchasing this, I love the way it feels but would NOT use under make up as it pills. The one I use under make up I have tagged in a previous post & is the Tula rose one, I’ll tag again here!

Sunscreen / Moisturizer in 1 - this is my HOLY GRAIL product, this may be my 10th time repurchasing. I wear it every single day, goes so well under make up & I just LOVE it.

I tried the Paula’s Choice & it broke my skin out :/ this has really helped me as someone w ADHD stay consistent too since it is easy to just grab a pad & use real quick. ADHD Closet Organization Necessities! Swapping some simple every day items in my closet has helped prevent me from buying multiples of the same item I already own bc I forgot about it, & having a 3 tiered hamper has really helped me from procrastinating laundry as much!

With ADHD it’s important to remember object permanence causes out of sight / out of mind! Having baskets to put things like undies & socks in vs closed drawer makes them more accessible & you less likely to forget something exists!

The laundry bag is perfect to haul clothes down to the laundry room in. We’ve had this one for years & it’s held up so well for being $12!

$OM Mushroom Blend Gummies \ Lions Mane Gummies - I love this brand. Like many people with ADHD I have looked in to so many natural remedies in hopes it will help my symptoms :’) After a LOT of research I trust this brand & is the one I continually use. It does not cure my ADHD of course but does help with focus, feeling more calm, & mushrooms have been found in studies to help prevent polyps from forming in women’s health so what your gyno would look for during a pap smear. The reason why I love mushrooms for adhd aid is bc even if they didn’t help at all they are still so good for you & your brain. Cymbiotica Vitamin C - I like to take this at the end of the day especially if I have taken my adhd meds bc Vitamin C helps cancel out the affects of meds like adderall, & there for helps with symptoms like sleep issues & is just a nice end of the day ritual if you have adhd & you know the come down from the meds. As someone w ADHD - little changes make the biggest difference! This time it’s a $6 lightbulb that helps me wind down in the evenings & relax my overactive brain :’) I know it’s just a lightbulb but making small changes that make you look forward to bed time routine are everything when you have ADHD! I also think this would be nice in a kids room - this light could be turned on as a signal it’s time to start getting ready for bed / winding down!

having ADHD means unfortunately I pick at my nails non stop most times unintentionally:’) something I’ve done to combat this is basically always having my nails done! Lol I have tried out so many fake nail brands bc sadly rip to the days we could get a full set of acrylics for $40 max & my favorite / lasts longest is the BTArtbox ones.

I also recently tried out these Deco Beauty nail stickers bc they are so cute & the style is called CRITTERS 🥹 & can attest they lasted so long - even making it through multiple swims & I didn’t even do a top coat! They have so many cute styles I love & think they are so fun & whimsical & cute

would also make a perfect little add on to a gift!!!!
