Hi there, I took a “small break” from Instagram and I’m getting back to it! Sometimes in life you have to hit pause on something when things become to much. This is an honesty post... I needed a breather and just more time with God, and I was enjoying time with loved ones without the pressure of posting on social media. I was seeing that Instagram wasn’t bringing me that much joy (not that you all don’t), but for myself I knew it was time to step back from something & come back refreshed. Sometimes Instagram can paint a picture of someone’s life seeming “perfect” or “dreamy” by all the pictures posted and you can get caught up in that, but I promise you no ones life is perfect. Life is so awesome and a blessing, but if you think it is perfect just by others pictures, just remember they have rough times just like you. I wanted to share this picture because it’s just plain! Nothing extravagant or “dreamy” looking, but something that I love. I love taking my Lola girl for walks after work. 🐶❤️ it’s a breath of fresh air! I encourage you all to do those little things that you love, to spend extra time with loved ones and not on social media, and to not be afraid to hit pause on something for a bit if things are to much.
