Apparently, once you hit your 40s, you don’t just buy a pillow… you conduct a full investigation. Side sleeper? Cooling gel? Memory foam? Adjustable fill? Read 2,754 reviews? ✔️

I finally landed on these VVZ Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows because they were reasonably priced, had thousands of great reviews, and were an Amazon’s Choice item. At this point, I don’t even care if they’re magical… I just want to wake up without feeling like I wrestled a concrete block all night. 😂

If these things fix my neck and let me sleep through the night, I’ll consider it one of the best purchases I’ve made all year. I’ll report back! 😆
