Since so many parents are dealing with a sick kiddo, I want to share my go to cold remedies that are helping me manage Baker’s RSV symptoms. The Kinsa ear thermometer is awesome because I can track every temperature check on the app, and each member of the family gets their own profile to track temp & symptoms 🙌 There are two humidifiers linked in this post because one is a warm steam and the other is cool mist… one of the cool mist humidifiers is a little more expensive because it has a light that projects stars on the ceiling 🤷‍♀️ The nose Frida is awesome, and this is the first cold I’ve actually used the saline spray on and it really does help - using both of these products on a 3 1/2 year old is basically like wrestling a crocodile, but absolutely worth it!
