Day 3 of cleaning up our fixer upper! Really grateful for parents who built, flipped, sold houses! Having their real estate and construction backgrounds growing up has really helped make this a fun process and decision to make! The goal is for this to be a 5-10 year home, then sell and build on a bigger plot of land with the equity from this! But for now this house is attached to our best friends higland cow farm and gives our boys bonus cousins to grow up with.
