Just a little reminder that good things are worth the wait! 😉 Our client has lived in her new south Florida home for almost two years. She added board and batten a little while back but waited to find the perfect show stopping mirror to complete this half bath. This beautiful mirror and a coat of BM Hale Navy on the walls were the perfect finishing touch. Design takes time. It’s not even cute anymore. 🤣 So down it comes and up goes this cute seven hook towel rack. Besides, where is my daughter supposed to hang her towel at anyway? She was hanging it on the door, on the floor. Isn’t that what a towel rack was always supposed to be anyway? F U N C T I O N A L. I sure think so and I’m in love with the look.

This entire refresh has been nothing but pure joy. We are halfway through this makeover and couldn’t wait to share some of it with you! Our clients Grace & Michael live in Coral Gables, FL. They found us on insta and just as we were about to travel to see the space, COVID hit. We ended up doing things virtually with them for months and finally had the pleasure of meeting them in person near the end of June. We made selections, they ordered and patiently waited for items to arrive, as all of us have through the Covid supply chain slow downs. We finally have most of the bottom floor completed. Patience has been the name of the game. Can anyone else relate? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Their vision was modern coastal. They live in a beautiful villa that just needed a facelift. I think we ended up going more coastal than modern but we do have a few really unique out of the box elements. Like this fireplace in the middle of the room! 🔥 It’s the focal point of the main floor and really took this dining room to the next level. We finished it off with this gorgeous wood beam from Ballard designs. Who doesn’t love a round table for making memories with friends and family? Choices. Give your cabinetry an inexpensive 𝓇ℯ𝒻𝓇ℯ𝓈𝒽 with new hardware. This is probably one of the least expensive, most impactful makeovers we do on a regular basis. This gold t-bar lends so much personality. The square burnished bronze knobs keep a more transitional conservative look.
