Oops meant to take out my pillow inserts to show you guys! I loooove these ones because the are washable, super fluffy and not down feathers (that always weirds me out/feels gross to me!) If you have pets, pillows can really absorb pet smells so I love washing these whenever they need freshening up! Better for allergies too. Then I store just the covers & it’s so much less space! Throw them in the dryer with tennis balls or wool dryer balls to fluff! Buy your insert one size larger than your cover - I usually do 22-24” pillow covers in back and then 20” or 22” covers layered in front. So for example would use a 24” insert with a 22” cover if that makes sense so they are extra fluffy!
