I’m 54 years old and here are 6 things i do to keep my hair healthy and shiny What do you do differently? 1. Single process every 5-6 weeks. (No bleaching except every other year I may get a few highlights around my face) 2. Trim every 6 months 3.I use heat protectant products before using a hair dryer or curling iron & use a hair serum for shine and to help with frizz 4. I take supplements to help support the health of my hair 5. Sleep on a silk pillowcase 6. I only wash my hair ONCE a week. The last one isn’t for everyone but it’s been a game changer for my hair.
