3. Vanilla protein shake in my coffee ☕️
This is one of my favorite little hacks. It helps me increase my protein intake (which becomes SO important as we get older for muscle, metabolism, strength, and staying full longer) and it tastes amazing.
4. Celsius (only a few days a week when I’m exhausted 😂) ⚡️
Sometimes midlife fatigue is REAL. I don’t rely on it daily, but on extra long days it gives me a quick boost when I need it most.
One thing I’ve learned in my 50s…how you fuel and hydrate your body truly matters. Small daily habits add up in a BIG way. 🤍
