✨ Our Pantry & Window Seat ✨ Much of our kitchen remodel was based around this window and the natural light that it provides. We added a bank of cabinetry underneath and topped it with a thick cushion. With the funky amber sconce and the cozy rug, it's now the most coveted spot by our dogs (and us).

We completed our bathroom renovation for our Maine Suite and this space has totally transformed! It's so much brighter with the addition of the bigger windows and skylight, and the finishes make it both cozy and fresh.

You may have noticed that we have a lot of plants....like a ton. So, any additional open shelving space is appreciated! The ✨ details ✨For our primary bedroom renovation, our design plans prioritized maintaining the cabin charm, but adding the mid-century modern, retro vibe that the rest of the cabin has. We started by refinishing the existing hardwood floors and then we repurposed the wood paneling on the slanted ceilings and reinstalled it on the lower portion of the walls throughout the room. The duck wallpaper is definitely the focal point of the room and we added a few vintage furniture pieces with modern design elements to create a cohesive, balanced interior. Natural materials, bold colors combined with earthy tones, and soft lighting from several lamps complete the space. Check out more of the room on our blog!

It's Christmas time ... at least at our house it is. The Entry in our Queen Anne Victorian is extra cozy this time of year. We have been using this faux Christmas tree for a couple years now and it's been a great fit for the small space. We added layers of greenery, bell garland, candles and reindeer to decorate the mantle. Now, we love walking through this space, or stopping to sit by the fire.
