We all have our own version of luxury. Mine is waking up on my favorite day, Thursday, to have coffee before I sit down to write in the garden of my Spanish style home. The interior is made of cement/stone floors, filled with smooth wood dining tables and chairs & jewel toned furniture and decor. I walk around barefoot to feel the coolness under my feet so I can get cozy under a fur blanket on the couch whenever I get ready to relax. Of course I’ll have a glass of red wine before I indulge in my favorite girl dinner while watching my favorite movie, Love Jones. I lounge in something like this, but change into my satin maxi gown for bed. I’ll adjust the ambient lighting and turn on my fireplace so I can hear the wood crackle as I fall asleep. 🙂‍↕️

ASOS is obviously still that girl, because everything that I look up is out of stock. This beautiful ruched maxi dress looks so gorgeous under this Portuguese sun. Portugal is a dream destination of mine. The color palette, of course, was inspired by the Earth, as well as tones from the dress. Between the bronze of her skin and the rich colored sand, it was easy to find other maxi dresses that matched the earthy vibe. Anthropologie & Free People are my go-to brands for fabrics that encourage comfortable movement. Which of these dresses would you take with you to Portugal?

This Tabby from Clark Peeple’s Coach x The Drop collab, will forever be my favorite. The blinged out C clasp adds a little “consider if you can afford me” to the look. I decided to pair it with all Coach accessories as well, thing in the gold from the bag. Of course I love to throw in a pair of tortoise sunglasses to any outfit that may need a print. I’m trying something new when it comes to styling wardrobes. Curating them according to color palette rather than occasion or style preference, seems to be the most popular route these days. So, I’m picking my favorite fashion girlies, guys and gworls and curating looks based on the color palette in their best looks. Starting with your fave’s fave, Meg Thee Stallion. This look is from SS25 Paris Fashion Week. Her entire look, minus the Jennifer Le Mix Fur boots, are Diesel. At first I thought the fur on her neck was a collar, but it’s a men’s scarf! I’m not typically a streetwear fan, but Meg always eats. Stylist Eric Archibald did his big one. 👏🏾
