I usually hesitate when a perfume says “unisex,” but Swiss Arabian Essence of Casablanca won me over. Juicy apple and grapes, warm amber and vanilla, and a little patchouli edge that makes the sweetness more interesting.

YSL Libre Vanille Couture vs. Khadlaj Panache Angel Dust. Not identical to my nose. Vanille Couture keeps the sharper Libre DNA and turns up the vanilla. Angel Dust is sweeter, softer and creamier. Save this if you’re comparing them.

Sharing my top five favorite fragrances I wear to bed. Soft, powdery, creamy, lactonic, lightly sweet and soft woods. They all give the perfect texture for making your bedtime routine more pleasant.

Mugler Angel Elixir was ordered by mistake, but I ended up liking it even more than the original Angel. Club de Nuit Impériale, Club de Nuit Milestone and Nusuk Falak gave me three completely different reactions. Three are staying, while one may be better suited for my son’s collection.

Lavender essence and maple syrup accord open into Burberry’s trio of vanillas with caramelised roasted vanilla, before settling into warm amber. On me, it feels deeper and more seductive than the original, with noticeably better longevity.

I keep calling it Goddess OG on steroids because that’s genuinely what it feels like to me. 🤭
