This is a title meant for the heir apparent, the next heir to the throne. Charles currently is HRH The Prince of Wales, while the last Princess of Wales was, obviously, Diana. Camila, Charles’ current wife, is the Duchy of Cornwall. Her (lack) of acceptance into the role she has would have come to a full stop {I think} if she took on that title. See? She isn’t ALL bad. ••• I digress...••• she and Meghan are now the same age, 37. And both a year older then their would be mother in law.
