Sharing a few of my favorite spring dresses lately I can’t stop reaching for brown and blue. It’s a color combination that keeps showing up in almost every outfit this season.

For reference, I’m a size 22 and I went with a 3X in all of these. If you prefer a more fitted feel, you can definitely size down.

Underwear is the foundation of your wardrobe. Without comfort, proper support, and an understanding of what your body needs, personal style can feel frustrating instead of empowering.

I learned this through years of trial and error. Once I started wearing the right bra for the outfit, not just any bra, everything changed. My clothes fit better, silhouettes looked intentional, and instead of my clothes wearing me, I was wearing them.
