This was such a fun change. And, I’m so glad I wasn’t the one painting them this time. Painting the inside of the cabinets and the drawers was the perfect time to fully reset my kitchen. Lots of drawers were unorganized, and the location of items in my cabinets didn’t always make sense. Plus, I had many things that were no longer used so being able to purge the kitchen felt nice. Not only does this new color make the kitchen feel fresh and new, but it was the perfect reset to start our 15th year in this home. What do you think?? I’ll be sharing more views throughout the week.

Decided it was a good day to get the front porch ready for the Fourth of July. I kept it pretty simple this year and made a couple of changes in my favorite hanging door basket. I added some white and blue hydrangea stems and a couple of taller artificial dogwood stems. This premade bow was the perfect touch. It simply clipped right onto the basket. I swapped out the mats for a navy gingham porch mat and added an extra layered mat. This coir mat is thinner than what I’m used to so I’m going to link a couple of options. Front porch inspo, Americana decor.
