A little dance party won’t hurt anybody, I’m just hyping myself up ok!! Or maybe I’m just procrastinating getting my strength training done BAHA Honestly one of the most unexpected things about starting to run marathons is just how much more strength training I’m doing (all in the name of running more). I wasn’t much of a weights girlie but now I’m trying to do some strength at least 2x a week. Kinda crazy how I started running again to avoid weights and I’m not strength training so that I can run more 😂 runwithme @brooksrunning brooksrunningcollective
