WHAT MATTERS IS HOW YOU FINISH🔥 16 mile long run with some marathon and half marathon pace work 🥵🧡 guys the first few miles of this one were ROUGH because I was wayyy too focused on the work I needed to do later in the workout(oops 😂) but surprisingly this run went a lot better than I thought! 🧡I broke it up mentally and just focused on the mile ahead and prayed for a little extra strength 😂 once I got going I was flying, and that was a great confidence boost 🤫Reminded that there’s nothing wrong with adjusting and that a great run doesn’t have to be perfect 🤩 lskd LTKActive
