I’ve tried them all and Beyond Yoga is THE MOST comfortable Wearing mediums -- hot yoga honestly changed my life. I go every Sunday, it’s like 90 minutes of therapy and it’s been amazing for my mobility and balance. It’s sweaty AF at 104°, but I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and actually invigorated for the week!! Highly recommend alongside weightlifting for muscle & bone and Pilates for core & balance!
