Here’s my little flower box secret… they’re faux!

If your porch gets full sun like ours, you know the struggle—real flowers just don’t last. I’ve tried, trust me.

So I switched to faux and never looked back! These are simple black boxes (no need to drill into stone—I used window box clamps from Amazon!) filled with 2 faux hibiscus and 3 white wild starflower stems in each. To keep them secure, I drilled small holes in the box and stuck the stems right in.

Pro tip: I sprayed all the stems with a UV-protectant spray to help prevent fading in the sun. It makes such a difference! Zero maintenance, always in bloom, and totally sun-proof!
