This red and blue light face mask has become a part of my daily morning routine at 44 years old. I wear it every morning while making my coffee. 3 minutes, sometimes I do 9 minutes because I am that girl. I feel like my chin acne has gotten much better and I can see a difference with my overall skin appearance and texture. I pray it’s helping with collagen and fine lines but that is a long game.
