Quick and easy peach crumble for those of you who don’t like/want traditional thanksgiving dessert!🍑

Caramel/sea salt/molasses
Ingredients:
2 sticks (1 cup) softened butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
2 tsp standard molasses
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Roughly chopped milk and dark chocolate
Caramel chew pieces

Preheat oven to 375°
In a large bowl using a whisk - mix together butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and molasses until well combined.
Fold in flour, baking soda and salt until a dough forms.
Roughly chop chocolate and fold the not the dough.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate 45-60 mins.

Using a cookie scoop, place cookie dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake 12-14 mins or until edges are dark brown.
When removing from the oven, place caramel candy on top of the hot cookies. You have to let these cookies cool and set completely before removing from tray or they will fall apart! Sprinkle with a generous amount of sea salt & enjoy. 🍪

High protein tomato + mozzarella pasta 🍴

Ingredients:
Protein pasta
Chicken bone broth
2 cans of Italian style stewed tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Salt, pepper, basil and chicken bouillon to taste

Place entire box of pasta in a semi deep sauce pan. Cover the pasta with the bone broth until just covered, using additional water if needed.
Cover with a lid and bring to medium/high heat and allow to simmer and cook down until noodles become aldente’.
Remove lid and add canned tomatoes and seasonings to taste, then stir. (Using 1 tsp at a time for the chicken bouillon)
Place heat to low, add shredded mozzarella cheese on top and place lid back on. Allow cheese to melt and turn the heat off. Allow to sit for an additional 5-10 mins to completely melt and come together. 🌱 🍅
