Primary bedroom makeover - This Pottery Barn furniture was the star of the show, but layers of neutral texture give the otherwise neutral bedroom so much character. For this space, we blended mid-range staples with budget-friendly finds — investing where quality truly counts while keeping the overall design beautifully within budget. The result? A living room that feels simple, classic, and refined… layered with intention and designed to live well every day.

Guest Bedroom Design: We came into a space with existing furniture and our job was to give it a cohesive look that would be both functional and comfortable for guests. Bathrooms may be small, but they never have to be an afterthought.

When it comes to design, bathrooms are often overlooked because of their size, but here’s the thing: they pack a punch.

This was a new construction home, which meant a clean slate (plus some beautifully chosen fixtures to build on). We added an arched mirror with wood trim and floating shelves to bring warmth into the space, paired with a classic linen shower curtain and a washable rug in one of our most-loved, most-used styles. Finished with simple artwork and practical decor, this guest bath quickly became one of our favorite spaces in the house and we think their guests are going to love it just as much.
