Stems are the hardest things to find this season and these are by far the best ones. So I did what any self respecting adult addicted to decor would do and ordered three more faux cedar stem bundles (they come in a pack of 5).

Ready, set, mantel decoration day! At least it’s part 1 - mostly garland with some stockings. Can we talkkkk about these stocking holders. The little trains. I cannot. So stinking cute.

Oh and WAIT - did you see my stories. We turned the fire on and the garland pieces melted off 😭😭😭. So if you bought the real touch cedar garland proceed with caution! I’m moving mine to above a mirror where there’s no heat. I’m so sad. And annoyed because I have to redo this garland it was looking so pretty.

K so if I did this with a shower curtain rod, I would have had to do it lower. Wrap the garland around. Then raise it up. Then fluff and adjust etc. This little garland hanging gadget definitely cut my work time in half at least. I’m impressed.

And highly obsessed with how my holiday porch decor turned out.
