It’s the bag you have to pack. The drive. The shower after. The hour workout that suddenly turned into two. Two hours out of a day where you had no time to give?! Two hours of something you don’t even love doing in the first place? That math never adds up. So I stopped trying to force myself back into something that wasn’t working and started asking what movement could actually look like in my real life. Turns out it looks a little different than I expected. But my body is moving every day and that’s the whole point.
