I saw a post yesterday with an important reminder that, while New year’s comes with urgency to set and crush goals, WINTER is a time to reset and rest.

Has the whole New Year’s resolution thing felt “off” to you? I’ve always been a March and September goal setter. Perhaps THIS is why! This year, I’m going to allow myself some down time in winter and enjoy my favorite gift to give (and this year—RECEIVE)! Himself and I did a “capture your moment” photo session in Epcot this week and I love the results!

We had record-breaking temperatures in Disney this week and my original outfit was a no go. Fortunately, @anthropologie at Disney Springs was FULL of options for me. This two-piece set is a nice light linen and a much better choice!

I LOVE barrel jeans! I keep them subtle (no giant balloon legs) and find them to be really flattering and comfortable while being on-trend.

Listen, even the best-laid plans sometimes take a turn you didn’t want. The best advice I have is to be prepared with ponchos (the lines for them get CRAZY once the rain starts) and even shoe covers, and just…PLAY! The ability to PIVOT and PLAY is the key to a great Disney trip, every time.

📸 Photopass is ALWAYS oavailable and you can get some of the cutest shots!

🏃 Lots of people run for the indoors or head to resorts and lines get short, so that can make for a fun and different experience.

🛍️ shops WILL GET CROWDED!

🍽️ 🍸 If you have a little bit of notice before a storm hits, try to snag a table or a spot under cover for a drink.

💃 when all else fails, dance in the puddles!
