reminder to slow down for the little joys ya love.❣️
Recipe:

-3 large eggs
-3 Tablespoons coconut oil melted and cooled a bit!
-1/4 cup orange juice
-1/2 cup coconut sugar!
-2 teaspoons orange zest
-1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
-2 cups blanched almond flour
-1/3 cup tapioca flour!
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-a pinch of cinnamon

for the crumb topping:
-1/2 cup blanched almond flour
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
-1/4 cup coconut sugar!

Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment & preheat your oven to 350° F!💌�
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, orange juice, coconut oil, almond extract, and orange zest until smooth!🍊�
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, salt, and spices!

Mix the dry mixture into the wet until a batter forms!

Add the mixture to the pan, mix the topping ingredients, add the crumb topping to the top and bake for 35 min!

Enjoy for all your sweet cozy gatherings this season!🤍 #Target
