Easy meal prep idea: Taco casserole bowls > Recipe: Ingredients: - Frozen shredded hash browns - Ro-tel - Ground beef - Taco seasoning - Cream of chicken - Light Sour cream - 1 pack of Laughing cow cheese wedges - Shredded cheddar cheese Directions: - Cook ground beef and drain fat - Add taco seasoning and 1 cup of water (per lb of beef) I made 3 lbs of beef for this meal prep so I used 2 taco seasoning packets and 2 cups of water - Let simmer and finish cooking on low - Add 1 cup of frozen shredded hash browns to glass meal prep bowls (linking exact oven safe ones I used on my blog) - To each bowl add: taco beef, one cheese wedge, a little ro-tel, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup cream of chicken - Mix up the bowls and add shredded cheese on top - Bake at 375 for 25 minutes Enjoy pre-portioned meals that you can just heat and eat!
