I now have them in 3 colors, but my black pair I bought in 2013 and literally still wear them to this day.

They come in different lengths and colors and are available in sizes 0-20.

These are NOT maternity leggings, but I’ve worn them through 3 full-term pregnancies. (I’ve actually tried several different maternity leggings, and these still win for me hands-down.)

They pass the squat test, they’re good in hot or cold weather…

…basically, I love them so much they deserved a permanent spot on my feed.

Painful penetration, not being able to make it to the toilet in time, jaw pain, and even a flat butt can all be symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. 

And so often the cause is 👉 TIGHTNESS.
