Full on pre wash haircare routine

1. High frequency wand to stimulate hair follicles
2. Hair oil - I use a mix of castor oil, pumpkin seed oil, jojoba oil and sometimes coconut oil
3. Scalp massage
4. Spray the ends
5. Apply a deep conditioning mask
