#tuckerup365real with the real talk. This morning I woke up in a bad mood. I was exhausted and kept having to remind myself “I get to do this. I get to do this!” That mentality got me through the morning until I CRASHED. I put Hayes down for a nap at 8:30am, did some dishes, and then went back to bed and woke up at 11:00am. And, I woke up in a great mood! Sometimes as moms it’s hard to allow ourselves time to rest. Usually, I don’t nap because I have a million other things so do, but this morning I passed out! My mood and body were screaming that I needed rest.
