•I’m tired (lol okay, what mom isn’t) •This giant TV is in my way •Idk how to keep the kids entertained •I don’t have a cool garage gym set up •I don’t have all the cute workout sets •Idk what I’m doing This list could go on and on honestly. I have tried to focus on my goals & change my mindset and it’s helped so much! Getting up in the mornings on workdays has also helped.
