Since doing a food sensitivity test and learning I shouldn’t eat certain types of foods like maple syrup and cashews… I have been on the hunt for a good granola option for ME. I haven’t been able to find one that works, so I whipped a recipe up with the things I can eat: gf oatmeal, almonds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut oil and a touch of raw honey🍯 This granola is packed with fiber, protein and healthy fats! Anti-inflammatory for moi🙋🏻♀️
I eat it almost daily on greek or coconut yogurt with berries and an almond butter drizzle😋
