3 moves I love to do on my vibration plate and why๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ 1. Forward fold - release lower back and hips + drain adrenals. Make sure not to lock your knees. 2. Seated arms up (one side) - drains thyroid, opens chest & underarm lymphโ€™s 3. Boat pose (flex abs) - pelvic floor & stimulates abdominal lymph. Place feet on plate if youโ€™re working your way up to this pose. I do these 3 moves in addition to standing for about 10 minutes first.
