Well the short answer is, they are distrusting your hormones (circadian rhythm) among other things😳 These lights are filled with blue light AND have a major flicker you can’t see with the naked eye. Use your slow motion camera like I did to see🤯 I started making the swap to healthy bulbs this past year. First in all of the lamps in my home and now to my fixtutes and cans (if possible).
