my hair care routine. this year my goal is to keep my hair healthy & to grow it longer. i’ve been consistently using this routine since the start of the year & i’ve seen great progress!

the t3 blow dryer is 🙌🏾 in order to get your silk press to be the silkiest, it starts at the blow dry & I’m telling you this blow dryer gets my hair so straight as if i did quick pass with a flat iron!

now that I’ve started back reading, one of my favorite things to do is read on a flight! Luckily our flight to Hawaii was long so I had plenty of time to read & sleep 🤣

went to my first class at @alignstudiodallas & I took the “new mama sculpt” class with Victoria! this was such a gooood class & highly recommend, esp new moms. this is a byob - bring your own baby 6 months or younger! perfect if you’re working to rebuild and strengthen your core & nice to see other moms on the same journey, taking care of ourselves!
