YA GURL DID IT. 30 DAY. NO sugar. NO alcohol. NO legumes. NO grains. And NO dairy. I never thought I’d be able to do it. But I did!! Not only did I successfully complete #whole30 but I also attended 15 Pilates classes. This month has been the healthiest I’ve been since I was in HIGH SCHOOL (where I was dancing competitively 5 times a week) and I feel AMAZING. ✨⚡️ now it’s YOUR turn to brag, what have you done this month that you’re damn proud of?!
