Our living room is extra cozy this year with our My Texas House red and white plaid rug, festive throw pillows & red blanket, our King of Christmas flocked tree & garland, and our recently remodeled fireplace and new hardwood floors. ❤️

Neutral living room with accented cane furniture 🖤

This winter we replaced the living room carpet with oak hardwood flooring. The large accent rug is perfect for warming the space. We also remodeled the brick fireplace by tiling overtop. We removed the dated three sided mantle, and replaced with an oak floating mantle.
I accented with white Sherpa ottomans, a cane entertainment stand, cane coffee table, and cane chair.

Neutral living room 🤍
We had hard wood flooring installed in this room, replaced the very dated chandelier, painted the walls “Accessible Beige” by Sherwin Williams. We also tiled over the brick fireplace to give it a fresh look!

This room boasts a lot of sentimental items:
My dad built the two seated sofa table, and I painted & stained it.
The bench was built by my grandfather and I inherited it when he passed.
The basket on the floor was my grandmothers, which I also inherited when she passed.

Pottery Barn’s beautiful Sausalito bedroom collection does not disappoint!
Our dressers are paired with Wayfair’s must have Tilly upholstered bed in Linen Talc.
The MyTexasHouse bedding and rug completes the room!
