This little ribbed knit dress is such a good fall find. 🤎 The side ruching makes it really forgiving through the middle, I’m not wearing shapewear here, and it’s actually warm on the inside too.Affordable, flattering, and easy to dress up with boots, a jacket, or a long coat.#LTKStyleTip #LTKFinds #FallStyle #Over50Style #AffordableFashion

My current workout routine has a few new favorites. 💙 I'm loving this Halara jumpsuit for the gym, plus my electric shaker bottle and electrolyte packets make staying hydrated so much easier. Little upgrades like these help me stay consistent.

#LTKOver40 #LTKActive

Fall outfit idea 🍂 This Halara mini skort gives you that fitted skirt look with built-in shorts underneath, plenty of stretch, and a high-waisted fit that feels comfortable to move in.I’m 5'7", around 160 lbs and wearing a Medium.

After all the skin issues I’ve had lately, I’ve become VERY picky about moisturizers. This ILLIYOON Ceramide Ato Lotion has been such a nice find—fragrance-free, lightweight but still moisturizing, and I can use it on both my face and body. I’ve especially been liking it as a nighttime moisturizer. 🤍#LTKBeauty #SkincareOver50 #CeramideMoisturizer #DrySkin #SensitiveSkin #SkinBarrier #KBeauty

Apparently this wasn’t a one-and-done. 😂☕️ I’m still reaching for the Javy Caramel Latte Protein Coffee when I want my coffee with a little extra protein—and my PROMiXX has become part of the routine too.I love when something I try for content actually becomes something I USE. 🙌🏾🤎Both are linked below!

Slowly building out my little home workout space, and this MERACH balance trainer has been such a good addition. I can use it for balance, core, strength work, planks, and it even comes with resistance bands. I’m still learning all the ways to use it, which honestly makes it even better. Linking it from Amazon here. 💪🏾#homegym #workoutequipment

💙 Pretty packaging caught my attention, but the formula kept it in my routine. The COSRX Blue Peptide Bakuchiol Plump Glow Serum is lightweight, absorbs quickly, layers beautifully with the rest of my skincare, and doesn't pill under moisturizer. A great everyday serum if you like simple, hydrating skincare.

Working on the muscle AND the skin 💪🏾✨I’ve been putting in the work at the gym, but body care is part of the routine too. I’m trying the goPure Firming Butt & Thigh Cream to help improve the look of texture and give my skin a smoother, firmer appearance. Consistency is the plan — now we see what happens!#goPure #BodyCare #FirmingCream #Over50Beauty #SkinCareOver50

My sister SWEARS by these for dark spots, so of course I had to try them. 😂 After my recent allergic reaction, I’m being very careful about adding skincare back in, but first use: no stinging, itching or irritation. 🙌🏾 I’m working on this hyperpigmentation, so now we’re going to see if these actually make a difference. 👀

One of those little workout finds I didn’t know I needed. This microfiber gym towel is compact enough to toss in my bag, but opens up to a really usable size. I use it for sweat, on my mat, and I like how soft it feels around my hair too. Linking it from Amazon her

Trying luxury body care so you don't have to. 💛 This shower oil wasn't a repurchase for me, but pairing it with an exfoliating mitt made a big difference. Sharing my honest thoughts—and the products I used—in case you're curious!

This is one of my favorite Halara tops because it instantly dresses up a basic pair of leggings.I love the ruched fit, the soft lightweight fabric, and that I can wear it one shoulder or off both shoulders depending on the look I want.I’m 5'7", 160 lbs and wearing a Medium in the top. Both the top and leggings are linked here on LTK.

I put my Halara workout set to the actual workout test — and it passed. 🙌🏾I bent, stretched, did floor work and moved through my whole workout without feeling like I needed to keep stopping to adjust my clothes. Comfortable, easy to move in AND still cute. 😂For fit reference: 5'7" | 160 lbs | Size MI linked the set below if you want to check it out!#Halara #HalaraActivewear #FitnessOver50 #WorkoutSet #Activewear

One jacket, three completely different looks. 👀This Halara 3-in-1 jacket can be worn with both pieces together, as a cropped puffer on its own, or as the longer curved-hem athletic jacket by itself.I styled it three ways — with fleece-lined leggings and boots, with Halara jeans for a casual look, and with leggings and sneakers for a sportier outfit.Everything I’m wearing is linked here on LTK so you can shop the full looks.

I liked the COSRX Blue Peptide Serum on its own, but pairing it with the Plump Bounce Cream is where this routine really came together for me. 💙The serum is lightweight and layers beautifully, while the cream gives me that richer, moisturized feel I love—especially at night. If you’re looking at the Blue Peptide line, I definitely prefer these two together. 👏🏾Shop both products below. 👇🏾#COSRX #SkincareOver50 #MatureSkin #Over50Beauty #SkincareFavorites

Allergy season has me pulling out all my little essentials. 😩 I’ve used these BoomBoom nasal sticks before, and they’re back in my routine again. I love that cool, refreshing menthol/eucalyptus feeling — and they’re small enough to keep in my bag or by the bed. Linking the 4-pack here. 👃🏾🌿

These Halara fleece-lined leggings are such a good cold-weather option. I like that they’re warm without looking bulky, have pockets, and still give me a smooth, supportive fit through the waist.I wore them for a workout upstairs, then styled them with boots and a Halara jacket for an easy winter errands look.I’m 5'7", 160 lbs and wearing a Medium.Shop the leggings and jacket here on LTK.

Coffee + protein? Yes please. ☕️🤎 I’m usually a hot coffee girl, but this Javy Caramel Latte Protein Coffee over ice might be changing my mind. I added my usual creamer + a little homemade caramel syrup and it was SO good.Shop the protein coffee here 👇🏾

Easy outfits are my favorite. 🤎 This Halara jumpsuit is comfortable, flattering, and perfect for everyday wear. Add a denim jacket, sandals, or sneakers and you're ready to go!

#LTKMidsize #LTKOver40 #LTKHome

Cute, comfy, and easy to wear. This Halara one-shoulder top has a built-in bra, a loose high-low fit, and thumb holes, so it gives me coverage without feeling oversized.I paired it with my Halara scrunch-butt leggings for a simple workout/athleisure look. I’m 5'7", around 160 lbs and wearing a Medium in the top. Both pieces are linked here on LTK.

Close to wash day and my curls needed a little help. This Bask & Lather Hydrating Mist gave me serious modern-day curl activator vibes 😂 It brought my curls right back without leaving my hair greasy or weighed down.

#LTKBeauty #LTKOver40

We jokingly call it "booger juice," 😂 but this hard-shell case is honestly such a smart find. It keeps the Navage system protected, organized, and tucked away so it doesn't have to sit out on the bathroom counter. Plus, the blue paisley design is actually really cute! 💙

This Halara corduroy skort is back, and I already had it in my closet from last year. 🍂 I love the mini-skirt look with built-in shorts underneath, and it’s so easy to style with tights and boots for fall. I have it in more than one color because apparently one was not enough. 😂Shop the skort here on LTK.

An update on the Halara jeans I’ve actually been wearing 👖The fit is flattering, they’re comfortable enough to wear all day, and most importantly — they’ve stayed in my rotation after the initial try-on. Yesterday reminded me that staying hydrated isn't optional anymore. After spending hours outside in the Denver heat helping my daughter at Vibes in the Park, I reached for this IRIS electrolyte drink mix. It's become an easy addition to my routine on those extra busy, extra hot days. 💜
