It’s finally happening! International Food Blogger Conference 2033 #IFBC22 😋🇲🇽🌱🥩 It’s been amazing to be here @foodbloggerconference after 2 x this event was canceled since 2020. Food, fellow bloggers, excursions in El Paso TX, crossing the board into Juarez Mexico 🇲🇽 & New Mexico …And did I mention the food!!😍🍽 🎤📝 Typical me here, I’m wearing 2 hats at this event - presenter & participant. 📍So here’s a roundup of 10 tips to get the most out of your next in-person conference event: 1. Identify what you want to get out of the conference. 2. Figure out who you’d like to meet at the event. 3. Connect through pre-event social. 4. Include time for rest & regroup into your agenda. 5. Manage your diet. 6. Go to the gym, or when possible walk to events. 7. For ease & convenience, stay at the conference hotel. 8. Trade notes on processes and tactics with people you meet in your industry. 9. Create conference-specific content & share on social for a boost in visibility. 10. Schedule follow up time with folks you want to stay in touch with after the experience. 11. And remember to make the most of the experience by having lots of fun! In today’s climate, group events like this are rare & should be cherished!
