Breastfeeding can be very hard but there are products to help us understand it more. This book is amazing to help understand nursing and the struggles you may have to overcome. I linked my favorite nursing bras too, I preferred the target ones but they are more expensive than Amazon.

I had a c section but I asked a few friends who had vaginal birth for ta list of their must have items. These are a few of the things they told me were must haves. I will always recommend a comfy robe for postpartum. I rocked the nursing bra, grandma undies with a pad and a robe for the first week and I loved it!
