Top L - was a little snug in the arms and the chest I would size up. It has a tie in the back to cinch the waist. Pants 32r I would size up in these as well. Waist runs small in this style. I’m 5’5 and I typically do the long length in these so I can wear a small heel. abercrombie businesscasual
